HAIR CARE


  • Healthy hair: Eating healthy meals will make your hair strong, healthy and glowing. Include fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains in your diet will grow your hair.
  • Hair massage: Two tsp of lime juice, 3 tsp of vinegar and one cup of Luke warm water. Mix it and massage the mixture in your scalp. Leave it for an hour and then wash your hair with water.
  • Facial your hair: Mix turmeric powder along with milk, make a paste and apply on your hair for facial.
  • Shiny hair: Oiling is very good for hair. Apply almond oil on hair at night and your hair will appear much shiny next day.
  • For dry hair: Mix 2 tsp of honey with 1 or 2 tsp of olive oil. Apply it in your hair for 15-20 minutes. Rinse it off with water.
  • Avoid direct sun rays to your hair.
  • Shiny hair: Vinegar is wonderful for shiny hair. Put vinegar in a spray bottle and then apply with it.
  • For faster growth: You need Vitamin E for faster growth of your hair. Vitamin E should be found in wheat and olive oil.
  • Get rid of dandruff: A little curd, lemon juice and an egg, mix them well and apply it on scalp. Wash it off after 20 minutes. By doing this once in a week will make your hair dandruff free.
